Our founder & CEO started at the age of 17, working as a medical historian and interpreter, such experience made her gain inspiration for the medical care legal aspect, and assisted in helping a Law Firm that handled malpractice lawsuits advocating for patients who suffered the consequences of malpractice.
In the late 90s, the combined expert knowledge of healthcare documentation compliance and audit skills led her to acquire management positions within clinical practices including “home health”.
Her passion for home health and hospice was discovered when she took a new challenging opportunity and when she became the head of compliance for an agency of 700 + census, where her internal audit skills, and implementation of effective workflow and processes led to passing several state surveys and was recognized as a successful leadership intervention.
