Our founder & CEO started at age of 17, working as a medical historian and interpreter, such experience made her gain the inspiration for the medical care legal aspect and worked helping a Law Firm that handled mal practices lawsuits advocating for patient’s that suffered the consequences of malpractice.
In the late 90” s, the combined expert knowledge of the healthcare documentation compliance and audit skills, led her to acquire management positions within clinical practices including “home health”.
Her passion for home health and hospice was discovered when she took a new challenging opportunity and was when she became the head of compliance for an agency of 700 + census, where her internal audit skills, and implementation of effective workflow and processes led to passing several state surveys and was recognized as a successful leadership intervention.
Cecilia’s professional interaction with her clients and continuous education regarding MEDICARE, MEDICAID, CHAPS, CAHC, AHIMA, HIPAA protocols and guidelines make her Care4qa leadership unique.
Due to high demand and success related to the extensive curriculum of focused and stellar compliance documentation audit, Cecilia decided to extend services to multiple States.
